This cannula is great, I noticed for the first night that my nose did not dry out over night and I got really good oxygen flow and I noticed my blood oxygen levels were higher, with old type cannulas I was in the high 80s low 90s and with the NasalOxy I am in the high 90s into the 100s, I recommend this product to anyone that needs a better cannula
