Good service. Unfortunately, my husband needs more oxygen support then the 5L of the concentrator so we had to return the batteries and charger for the Rhythm P2.However, the service and supplies-provided by the store, were excellent!

I’m very happy with my experience at this store. I sent a question about shipping one evening and received a personal response the next morning! The item was packaged well, and shipping was exactly as promised - it even arrived a day early.
I am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to change batteries on the Rhythm P-2 POC. Although it’s a little heavy to carry, I have a backpack with a compartment for an extra battery, so I am able to be detached from an electrical outlet for twice the time - perfect for a day out.
We purchased this battery to extend the run time when away from a car or home charger.
I’ve been using for a week. So far battery life is much better than blue bag type! I can do at least 3 cleans per charge. Does a great job so far without any filter changes required ever, so they state.
